Robert Lipka, Architect
While completing a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Robert had the opportunity to travel and study in Europe. The experience was life changing and instilled in him a sense of place, an appreciation for history and the importance of building relationships. He founded RLA Studio with a mission to “Create Places Where People Matter.”
Robert’s strong understanding of proportion in design and its direct relationship to a strong aesthetic combined with a background in construction, gives him a unique understanding of how things go together. He believes every strong design solution is met with the ability to be constructed.
As a Registered Architect, Robert continues to build on his over thirty years of design and construction experience with current work in both new construction and renovations of commercial and residential properties.
Chad Asman, Project Manager
Chad is deeply rooted in the concept of working hard to achieve great results. Trust is the foundation for Chad’s client relations. He combines experience in the field with a pragmatic design sense balanced between creativity and function. Chad’s passion for details and determination provide the stamina needed to resolve complex budget constraints and achieve the design results expected.
Chad began working with RLA Studio over twenty years ago as a high school coop student. With a Masters Degree in Architecture, Chad continues to collaborate on some of our most complex and challenging projects including the new construction of a funeral home, the conversion of a former movie theater to a church, as well as residential renovations and additions.
